Dinner with us

In Pietralta, once a week, we organize a dinner in agreement with all guests who stay in the structure and who have the pleasure of eating in our same table.

The menu generally includes dishes with the aim of making known the genuine flavors of our land thanks to the products grown on our farm.

Tastings at Pietralta include our Chianti DOCG, Chianti Riserva, Bianco IGT Toscano, Solivagus IGT Rosso, Terra Rosa IGT wines and our own extra virgin olive oil, combined with a mixed appetizer served on a cutting board.

During the tastings you can also enjoy the history of the company, the DOCG region and our way of making wine.

Cooking Lessons

Make the pasta by hand, prepare dishes with organic ingredients from our garden, brown the fine meats of local farmers, use the extra virgin olive oil produced by our olive groves and finally try the IGT wines of our vineyards.
